About
Jeff Montrose holds a Master’s degree in Peace and Security Studies from the Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy at the University of Hamburg, Germany as well as a BA in Political Science from the University of Georgia, Athens. A former U.S. Army officer, Jeff served as an infantry platoon leader in Iraq in 2004-05. He has been a doctoral candidate at the Universität der Bundeswehr Munich since 2009 and lecturers International Relations and Business English at the Catholic University of Eichstaett-Ingolstadt, Germany.
